Larry R. Bengtson

Larry holds a Masters of Science degree in Counseling from the University of Wisconsin - River Falls. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Biblical Counseling from Trinity College of the Bible. He is the Founder and Director of Lighthouse Counseling and has been in private practice professionally for several years. He provides marital, individual and family counseling from a wholistic approach that includes the emotional, psychological, mental, physical and spiritual condition of each person.

Larry specializes in working with marital problems and depression, anxiety, chemical dependency, post traumatic stress, and survivors of abuse and trauma.

Larry counsels those struggling with shame/blame issues, adolescent problems, parent/child conflict, adult children of alcoholics, addictions, and stress management.

Larry works closely with area physicians and pastors providing consultation, education, and support. He is available for seminars, training, and public speaking.

Julie Christensen LIGSW, M.DIV.

Julie holds a Masters of Social Work from St. Catherine's University in St. Paul, Minnesota. Julie specializes in women's issues, parenting, marital problems, survivors of physical abuse, and sexual abuse.
