Naomi received her bachelors in Social Work from Bethel University and her Masters of Social Work from The University of St. Thomas/St. Catherine’s University. Naomi as worked with populations across the lifespan, from elementary schools to skilled nursing facilities. Currently she enjoys working with individuals ages 13 and older.

Naomi has completed training in Eye Movement Desensitization-Reprocessing (EMDR) which is a research based treatment for trauma. She is also trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) which can be helpful for those working through emotion regulation and relationship concerns. Additionally, she has training in Integrative Nutrition and mental health and is in awe of the affects nutrition has on our physical and mental well-being.

She enjoys working with people as they journey through their next steps. She strives to work with client in identifying and breaking through barriers that seem to be holding them back from living their fullest lives. Naomi brings a non-judgmental, client-centered, strengths based approach to session, integrating DBT skills. She believes that understanding our values and emotions allows us to build effective skills for navigating life.
